My First blogg
Having a splendid day of learning.....
Have learn't alot about Web "2.0" today and also about blogging ....
I could use Bloggs for when I have some interesting info to pass around to all my my lovely staff collegues...YAY!
I am going to a FREE seminar/course on "Great gardens" for Gardening week in the next month and I feel that I will learn alot of interesting information at this seminar that I will be able to share with all my fellow work collegues...so maybe this blogging will be a perfect way to pass information on to you all heheheh ....
The course will include:
*Environmental consequences of current home grown food gardening practices
*Why Grow fruit and vegetables at home?
*Getting Started- location� location
*Types of Food Gardens
*Getting organized
*Understanding WA soils - why they require a different approach
*FertiliserWise tips and tricks- use a fraction of the fertiliser and manure
*WaterWise Ways , use a fraction of the water tips and tricks
*Growing Fruit and Nuts at Home even in small gardens
*Pest Management , the environmentally friendly way
*Gardening myths and why gardening in WA is different to what is shown on TV
...and the course/seminar is all FREE!
